Our sheet metal fabrication shop includes the capacity to fabricate more than 4 million pounds of ductwork annually.  While producing high volumes, Viridian Systems still maintains high levels of quality through our quality assurance programs and the automated nature of our shop.  Viridian’s phenomenal productivity is a result of a well-trained work force and well-maintained equipment. Equipment that includes a fully automated coil line, multiple electric arc plasma machines and a 90,000 square foot shop structured specifically for fabrication.

Viridian’s custom fabrications are suitable for a variety of applications including commercial, industrial, manufacturing, automotive and pollution control.  Our quality assurance department ensures that orders of one part or a million parts will remain of superior quality from order to order.

In addition to providing full HVAC solution-oriented services, our fabricated metals department offers another way to service our customer's needs.  The efficiency and technological superiority of our fabrication facilities allows us to provide ductwork and specialty metals fabrications for other contractors and building owners alike.
