At Viridian Systems you will find the people, solutions and performance that only a leader in the industry for roofing systems and services can provide.  The Viridian Systems Warranty is a promise of a QUALITY ROOF and QUALITY SERVICE into the future, all designed to give the building owner the best value.  To back this promise we provide you with the most advantageous warranty in the roofing industry:

• Warranties are provided at No Charge for all qualifying projects.
• Maintenance Service is provided at NO CHARGE FOR THE FIRST 5 YEARS on all Membrane and Restoration warranties. We will inspect and perform maintenance on the roof 3 times within the first five years to help you get the best performance out of your investment.  With this service, the owner receives Inspection information and a record of all work performed on the roof areas throughout the term of the service via secure on-line database accessible from any internet connection.  We provide these services to you at no charge because we know that a well maintained roof is much less expensive to own than a roof that is not maintained.  {See our maintenance section for ways we can help you maintain your non Viridian roofs}
• Additional maintenance services are available through Viridian for both new and existing roofs.  While most Viridian warranties come with ProFormance Service at no charge during the initial 5 years, owners can take advantage of proven value of ongoing maintenance to extend the life cycle of their roof system.

• ProFormance Initial Service Upgrade  (Increase free service to twice per year)
• ProFormance Basic Service  (Service once each year for up to length of warranty)
• ProFormance Preferred Service  (Service twice each year for up to length of warranty  )
